Three Ways to Digitally Detox

We are huge believers in digitally detoxing.  It’s totally easy to forget or forego a break because yes, it’s fun to be so connected to everything and everyone in the world through all our fun and so easily accessible devices,  But really, we all need to step away.  Like our approach to marketing, we aim for simple yet effective practices to accomplish goals.  Here are just a few examples of how we digitally detox:


1. Get some air-Be it for 20 minutes or an hour, get outside and celebrate the elements.  Take a moment to breathe and look around through your eyes and see the world directly, not indirectly through your cell phone.


2. Take a creative juice break-No, really, have a glass of fresh juice and take a couple moments to appreciate an ice cold, fresh and tasty beverage.


3. Do that thing- been meaning to clean out the junk drawer?  Clothes need to be organized and a new donation pile created?  Perfect opportunity!


It’s really that easy; it’s really that simplistic.  Don’t over complicate your media strategy and don’t overdo your time spent looking at all that hard work.  It’ll be there when you come back online.
